Matt Pelletier was born and raised in Hudson, and has enjoyed Benson Park throughout his life. Today, he enjoys sharing the park with his children and is passionate about helping preserve the rich history that makes Hudson and Benson Park so special. His interest in local history began in high school, where he volunteered with the Hudson Historical Society by giving tours of the Hills House.
Professionally, Matt has built his career in nonprofit human services, serving in leadership roles focused on program operations, staff development, and community engagement. His experience managing nonprofit programs, building community partnerships, and supporting organizational growth provides valuable perspective to the Friends of Benson Park as the organization continues its mission of preserving and promoting one of Hudson’s most treasured landmarks.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time outdoors with his children, exploring local history, and giving back to the community he has always called home.
